Tax information

The Real Time Linux Foundation, Inc is a nonprofit corporation established under the laws of the State of Idaho. The Foundation is recognized as a tax exempt charitable non-profit organization pursuant to Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Donations by U.S. tax payers will qualify as charitable contributions and are deductible to the extend permissible under U.S. tax laws.
